Speed limit into the site is 10 mph by the home site.
REGISTRATION:
- ONLINE - NO WALK UP ENTRIES!
- REGISTER EARLY - Less than thirty registered drivers Thursday night before the event at 7:00 pm may cancel the event.
- WHY - Need thirty drivers to cover all the work assignments safely.
- EVENT CANCELATION - pre-registered participants notified by email through Motorsportreg.com & our Facebook pages “Wichita Region SCCA” & “Wichita Area Autocrossers”
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- ALL PAYMENTS ARE ONLINE AT COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION.
- Motorsportreg.com profile address & zip code MUST match your credit card address & zip code or payment will fail.
- SCCA Members = $30.00 a day (plus a $2 Motorsports.reg payment fee)
- Non-SCCA Member = $50.00 a day (plus a $2 Motorsports.reg payment fee)
CANCELATION POLICY:
- You may cancel your registration before 6:00 pm the night before the event & your credit card will be issued a 100% refund.
- To cancel, return to the Motorsport.reg Dashboard to Edit Registration & select "cancel".
- If you "No show" & do not cancel your registration you may not receive the full refund.
CONDUCT:
- Autocross emphasizes safe controlled competition.
- No drifting will be tolerated.
- ANY unsafe or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated & drivers or spectators will be asked to leave.

ON SITE REGISTRATION AND ALL ADULTS INSURANCE:
- All adults on site must sign the SCCA Liability Paper Waiver at registration or drivers may have your SCCA Annual Waiver Card.
- Drivers save time and get your card digitally at SCCA Annual Waiver Form.
- No Spectators or minors in grid area.
PASSENGERS AND SPECTATORS:
- All Passengers must complete the SCCA Membership application for the free Trial Membership at registration & obtain a passenger wristband.
- NOTE: for insurance & safety, ONLY registered drivers & waivered passengers are allowed in the active grid.
- No minors in grid unless driving in the event & no spectators - please use the marked spectator area or paddock/parking area.
MINOR INSURANCE AND ACCESS TO SITE:
- Minors between 12-17 that participate as a driver or passenger ride along MUST fill out a digital Minor Waiver prior to the event & be signed by all legal parents or guardians! Click here to go to the SCCA Minor Waiver website.
HOW TO GET A MINOR WAIVER?
- Minor & parents can digitally complete the Annual Waiver in the Online Store under Licenses & Waivers! Parents must complete the Annual Parental Consent form under their own logins & the minor must complete the Annual Waiver Minor form. Minor and both parents will need a profile and photo.
- Minors spectators must be accompanied by an adult if under twelve and do not need to have a Minor Waiver Form completed.
- Minors will have restricted access at events.
- No Minors in the grid area
TECH INSPECTION:
- Park your car, empty all loose items, have your number & class on both sides of the car.
- Painter’s tape is available at the trailer in multiple colors. Don’t know your class? See below!
- Drive to designated TECH area, & stay with your car; you may be asked questions about your car.
- Cars should be in fair condition; no cords showing on tires, no missing lug nuts, battery securely mounted, etc.
- NO CARS WILL PASS TECH WITHOUT THE NUMBER YOU REGISTERED WITH & CLASS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CAR! Size of Number = 8 inches. Class = 4 inches.
- NO NUMBERS & CLASS = NO RUNS & TIME!
NO KARTS ALLOWED:
- After a safety evaluation of our Yoder site by a third party we can't safely run karts without extensive modification to our site - Karts cannot participate.
WHAT CLASS DOES MY CAR RUN IN?
- New to Autocross events enter the Novice Class & come early to TECH & we will help you class your car or you may participate in the Novice Class for the season.
- Search for your car in the official SCCA Rulebook or try this Link to SCCA Classifier.
- Visit Official Facebook page "Wichita Region SCCA" and Social page "Wichita Area Autocrosser" & send us a message.
- Open modifications, please register in XS-A or XS-B. are split by minimum vehicle weight.
- XS-A AWD: 3000 RWD: 2750 FWD: 2500
- XS-B RWD: 2150 FWD: 2000
CO-DRIVERS:
- To enter as a Co-driver in the same heat the first driver must complete the MSR entry, then the second driver should register using the "select a previous attendee" option.
- Limit two drivers per car.
- Co-driver cars must change numbers for each driver before every run.
- Suggestion for Co-driver cars: use a number less than one hundred for the first driver to add a one to the first number for the second driver. Example 1st Driver = 77, 2nd Driver = 177.
- Co-drivers be sure to change the number to the correct driver.
- These numbers are used by the timing crew & course workers to identify you.
- Wrong number will mean no time and delay the event.
WEATHER:
- We run rain or shine so be prepared.
- Site is very unprotected and open to the weather.
- Lightning in the area will delay the event until Safety says we can resume.

Event requirements
DRIVERS LICENSE:
- You need a valid driver's license with you at the event.
- Drivers under the age of 18: You & your parents must digitally complete the Annual Waiver in the Online Store under Licenses & Waivers! Parents must complete the Annual Parental Consent form under their own login &the minor must complete the Annual Waiver Minor form will be required to have BOTH parents or legal guardians sign a minor's competition waiver before participating. SCCA Minor Waiver information below.
RUN/WORK GROUPS:
- When you register, it tells you which heat you will run on that day.
- Note that these Heat Assignments are subject to change if required for heat balancing.
- Run Groups will alternate start heats at each event.
HELMET INFORMATION: Per the 2025 SCCA Solo Rules, the following helmets are allowed:
- 4.3.1 Helmets meeting the following standards must be worn while on course: Snell Memorial Foundation standards EA 2016, SA2020, SA2015, SA2010, SAH2010, M2020D, M2020R, M2015, M2010, K2020, K2015, K2010; SFIstandards 31.1/2020, 31.1/2015, 31.1/2010, 41.1/2020, 41.1/2015, 41.1/2010; FIA standards 8859-2020, 8860-2018, 8860-2018-ABP, 8859-2015, 8860-2010.
- According to the SNELL SA2025 Schedule: October 1, 2025 – Snell SA2025 will take effect, the first SA2025 labeled helmets may be advertised, displayed and sold as of this date. There should be no SA2025 labeled headgear or claims for such until this date.
LOANER HELMETS:
- A limited number of loaner helmets will be available.
- Bring your driver's license to the trailer to check out a helmet before your run heat.
- Finish your heat, return the loaner helmet to the trailer for return of your driver's license.
- First priority will be registered drivers please.
- If possible we may have loaner helmets for passengers.

- Annual Tech is offered as a convenience to experienced autocross racers who have participated in 5 events in the last 12 months.
- Once issued, it is the driver's responsibility to make sure the vehicle passes the safety (tech) inspection before each race.

LOCATION DIRECTIONS; Located in Yoder, KS, Approximately 35 miles northwest of Wichita Directions from K96:
- Exit to the West at Halstead Street (HCC South Campus/KLETC Sign at the Exit)
- Take first right at Red Rock Rd
- Entrance to site is approximately 1 mile west, entry is a long dirt driveway on the left (toward the south)
- Dirt road leads to runway, follow runway south to paddock
- Please enter the facility slowly & carefully to avoid disturbing the landowners.
